Now more than ever is the opportune time to purchase or sale a home. Interest rates are still at an all time low, which makes purchasing a home much more affordable, sensible, and a greater investment for the buyer.
On the opposing end of the spectrum this makes a home for sale increasingly marketable for a seller. In addition, home values are skyrocketing; which also is to the benefit of both the seller and the buyer. It benefits the seller in regards to the possibility of generating a profit in the sale of their home.
Whereas recently in years past the seller stood to lose money on a home that was underwater. This is a benefit to the buyer in regards to equity. Increasing property values populates greater equity in homes. Equity in homes create a solid investment. Buyers can later use their home equity to start a business, eliminate debt, pay for a college education, finance a car, etc. And in most cases with an interest rate significantly lower than the market value.

Joshua O. McClendon is the founder and CEO of ABR REALTY GROUP, LLC., a real estate consulting firm located in Atlanta, GA. Joshua is a graduate of Liberty University, where he received a BS in interdisciplinary studies. He is a passionate, client-oriented realtor who delivers prompt marketing startup, on-time reporting and updating, quick and accurate valuations, efficient billing and vendor management, and an all-encompassing suite of professional REO management and sales services.
ABR REALTY GROUP is a steadily growing company, with annual production of over 500 transactions. Our current average list to contract time is only 43 days. Joshua is proficient in most REO platforms, including Res.net and Equator. He is also a member of GAMLS, FMLS, and the Atlanta Board of Realtors. Joshua’s core belief system is built around the principles of smoothness, urgency, and overall customer satisfaction.

Demetrrius is ABR’s President/Realtor. She brings years of sales experience and is also a loan specialist/consultant.

Shannon D. Mingle, is the Office Manager at ABR Realty Group. Shannon's, expertise is in Human Resources. He has worked as a Human Resources Assistant, for several companies including AT&T. Shannon has 8 years experience in development and training, office management, and compensation and benefits. before starting to work from himself, as a Human Resource Consultant. Shannon, attended Georgia Southern University, in Statesboro, GA and is currently attending Capella University, where he is horning his business skills and seeking a degree in Business Administration. Shannon is currently single, with no children. However, he is the proud uncle of 13 nieces and nephew as well as other adoptive family members. Shannon is the son of Jo Ann Mingle- Rhodes and Willie B. Robbins.
